Talk to us

Built to hyperscale. Modeled to the millimeter.

Every stage is built according to the approved model, giving you complete certainty that the result matches the design.

  1. Strategic Definition

Before layout or budget, we pin down what the room actually needs to do — capacity, redundancy tier, growth headroom — so every later decision has a target to hit.

  2. Preparation and Briefing

We start from your constraints — space, budget, timeline — and turn them into a brief we both sign off on before anything goes into CAD.

  3. Concept Design

The layout gets worked out in outline — rack counts, aisle widths, containment routing — and reviewed with you before anything is locked in.

  4. Spatial Coordination

The hall goes into a federated 3D model, so you can walk through it with us and flag anything before ground gets broken.

  5. Technical Design

Every system gets calculated and specified to the component — power, cooling, containment, cable bend radius — with your sign-off at each step.

  6. Manufacturing and Construction

Our people are on site turning the model into the room, keeping you posted as racks land, cabling gets run, and containment goes in.

  7. Handover

As-built drawings, commissioning data, and O&M documentation come across so day one runs exactly like the model said it would.

  8. Use

We stay on for aftercare — snagging, warranty callouts, and the small adjustments every new room needs once it's actually running.

Every component, explained.

Cold aisle containment (CAC) Isometric cutaway of a datacenter hall with cold aisle containment. Two rows of five racks face each other across the middle aisle, which is closed with glass doors at both ends and a glass roof from rack top to rack top. The cooling units push cool air into the raised floor; it rises through perforated tiles into the enclosed cold aisle only and enters the rack fronts. Warm exhaust leaves the rack backs into the open room and returns to the cooling units under the normal high ceiling. Numbered markers: 1 racks, with the near row enclosed by a wire-mesh cage; 2 cold aisle containment; 4 rear PDUs fed from the overhead busbar; 5 yellow cable trays with data drops into the racks. 1245

Hot aisle containment (HAC) Isometric cutaway of the same datacenter hall with hot aisle containment. The two rows of five racks stand back to back around the middle aisle, which is closed with doors at both ends and a roof with a chimney. The floor is a plain concrete slab: the cooling units flood the room with cool air, which enters the rack fronts. Warm exhaust is trapped in the hot aisle, rises through the chimney into the return plenum above the lowered ceiling, and flows back to the cooling units. Numbered markers: 1 racks, with the near row enclosed by a wire-mesh cage; 3 hot aisle containment; 4 rear PDUs fed from the overhead busbar; 5 yellow cable trays with data drops into the racks. 1345
